Located at the Chambersburg Operations Center, the Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager will be responsible for directing and supporting the loan processing, mortgage servicing, operations functions and staff; Accurate processing of loans and related documents; Investor Commitment and Escrow and Insurance Data Entry and Maintenance of loan files and records; Mortgage Investor Servicing, Collection, Reconciliation and Remittance; Preparing various investor reports; Managing internal and external service inquiries.
Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent required, with an Associate degree in a related field preferred.
Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; Proficient computer skills; Proficient working knowledge of Bank application software; Above average knowledge of current lending regulations, procedures, and operations; Strong analytical, problem solving and ability to make decisions according to established loan policies and procedures; High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to exercise independent judgment and take initiative in resolving department issues; Ability to work with minimum supervision; Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; Demonstrated supervisory skills sufficient to manage small
groups of employees.
Experience: Prior experience in loan processing and operations is required. Prior supervisor experience is preferred.
