Job duties include but not limited to the following:
∙The Curricula Designer will use instructional systems design methodologies to analyze, design, develop, and evaluate curricula and programs supported by Sales Training

∙Complete needs analysis, job task analysis, gap analysis, and incorporate instructional strategies which meet curricula/program objectives, develop the appropriate blended learning curricula, and evaluate the effectiveness of the curricula and programs using Kirkpatrick’s evaluation levels

∙Create and maintain print-based, computer-based and web-based curricula and support materials

∙Ensure curricula and support materials are instructionally sound and meet the performance requirements of the training event or program

∙Assist in moving the business to online solutions as a training delivery method

∙Support the maintenance of the sales training web site

∙Coordinate with project leaders, subject matter experts, technical reviewers, management, and Sales Training staff

∙Work independently on a minimum of three work assignments to meet deadlines while coordinating with team members, subject matter experts, sales personnel, and management

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience designing and developing training programs utilizing a systematic process
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and graphics programs (i.e., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Fireworks, and Adobe Illustrator) required
  • Advanced proficiency in graphics programs (i.e., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Fireworks, and Adobe Illustrator) required
  • Advanced proficiency in creating WBT and CBT solutions using e-learning tools (i.e., Brainshark, Captivate, Flash, Articulate) required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management experience
  • 10% travel is required
Business Preferred:
  • Masters degree in Instructional Systems
