The Executive Administration team at Missouri Baptist Medical Center provides strategic direction and support to all hospital team members in support of our mission to improve the health of the people and communities we serve.

Role Purpose
Manage all business aspects of JCE program. Lead the growth activities of The Joint Center program, including bundled payment. Lead the business aspects of a spine program and any associated programs.
Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership. Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals. Manages physician recruitment and develops, implements, and oversees physician retention. Design and develop dashboards and scorecards for internal performance measures, data, outcomes, operations tracking and monitoring. Monitor and improve the performance of the department including financial, clinical and service outcomes. Develop, integrate and execute marketing strategies to meet growth objective targets. Identifies potential new markets. Maintains, and updates associated web based information sites. Ensures that all programmatic aspects outlined in the bundled payment application are operating effectively Ensures program growth and development to continue to meet client's needs and expectations. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree - Business/related Experience
2-5 years Supervisor Experience
No Experience Preferred Requirements
Master's Degree - Business/related Experience
5-10 years Supervisor Experience
