Job Title: Instructional Designer
(Grant Funded Program Coordinator 1/State University Administrator I - SUA 1)
Instructional Designer for the Institute for Interactive Technologies.
Master's degree in Instructional Technology or related undergraduate/graduate degree with extensive experience in instructional design required. Prior instructional design and development experience required.
Finalist(s) for this position must communicate well and successfully complete an interview.
Applicants will be rated on the following criteria:
Extensive experience and skills in using all aspects of the authoring tool Articulate required.
Experience with conversion of documents to PDF; development applications (such as Captivate, Flash, Dreamweaver, etc.)
Experience in creating scripts and recording and editing audio
Experience in the use of Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience in the creation and testing of assessment tools
Experience in managing projects and project development teams
Experience with integrating training into Learning Management Systems
Experience working with clients
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations
Term of Appointment:
Temporary full-time. Anticipated length of employment is approximately 35 weeks, or through project completion.
$19.37 per hour
