Our newest office is now serving clients in the Houston-Northwest market.Here are some of the office clerical area which are in demand:Receptionist - Job Duties Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors, and arranges for transportation services, when needed. May operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Call Center -- Job Duties Takes inbound calls following defined scripts to assist customers with their questions Identifies key issues to properly route calls Provides 'front line' voice of the company to its customers or clients Provides status updates to customers on certain transactions or inquiries they have Works under supervision, but often has independent judgement in exercising scripts Reports to supervisor/team lead Data Entry - Job Duties- Works independently, keying transactions information into computer systems or spreadsheets- Relies on instructions and guidelines to perform functions of the job- Accurately keys at high rates to ensure productivity is achieved- Works under immediate supervisionAccounts Payable/Receivable Prepares invoices and bills for mailing to customers Prepares transactions for payment of approved invoices Reconciles transaction log to outstanding invoices or outstanding bills Works closely with controller, operations, sales and management to ensure all transactions are approved and captured before processes Enters transactions into book keeping systems
ALL POSITIONS- Recent relevant work experience in the area you are seeking work in- Two positive references from supervisors who can speak to your skills and experience- Willingness to undergo a background check, including drug screening- Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office -- Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint- Dedicated, passionate attitude from someone wanting to make a difference in their jobReceptionist Requirements: Excellent customer service and bright personality! Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Call Center Requirements: Minimum one year experience working in as a call center customer service representative Professional office grammar Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute Minimum data entry speed of 7,500 keystrokes per hour Data Entry Requirements: Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
