SUMMARY: Provide financial analysis and consolidation on a variety of division and corporate level reports. Specific activities will include consolidation, error checking and analysis of weekly bookings reports, quarterly income statements and quarterly commission plans. Act as the central point of contact for annual unit forecasts and unit sales trending analysis. Must be intelligent with good common sense and decision making capability. Responsibilities will include complex assignments where independent action and initiative are required. Handle highly confidential and sensitive data. Periodic extended hours.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide weekly reconciliation of various booking reports from each sales VP and each of the CVS factories. Resolve any discrepancies found in the data and report back to the respective parties. Follow through to conclusion.
Consolidate weekly P&L reports and provide commentary on changes.
Prepare weekly CS Senior Management Report.
Automate and streamline weekly reporting process.
Assist VP of Finance –CS in preparing financial tables, charts and slides for use in division and corporate presentations
Prepare quarterly incentive plan calculations and payment authorization forms.
Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of unit sales, revenue and expenses for use in making investment decisions.
Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports, using Excel and other programs.
Evaluate and compare the relative quality of various data given the source.
Assist in preparing plans of action for investment based on financial analyses.
Assist in preparing annual sales forecasts and quarterly analysis reports.
Analyze expenses, run rates and ROI for various projects and departments with CVS.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and quarterly reviews.
Technology - Advance knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other common software packages crucial. Ability to learn and adapt to rapidly changing technology landscape. Ability to improve efficiency through automation.

Bachelors Degree preferred, although sufficient combination of formal training, experience and inherent skills can substitute for lack of Bachelors degree. Minimum five years of experience in an accounting position.. Ideal candidate has worked as assistant to a top level executive providing non-routine financial processing and analysis tasks. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
