Summer Intern - Customer Care
Summer Interns at Cox are considered to be an integral part of the staff. They are provided with tasks that are both challenging and educationally stimulating. They work under the guidance of the senior staff.
We have various opportunities within our Customer Care for enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn.

4. Currently enrolled in a related degree program such as Management or Business Administration.
a. Detail oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and tasks with little or no supervision to meet deadlines
b. Analytical thinker capable of making good decisions independently while taking the initiative to complete tasks
c. Strong communications skills with experience interacting with all levels, speaking more than one language is an advantage
Summer Interns may work on various projects including but not limited to the following:
Summer Intern positions are located in Atlanta, GA. Cox Communications does not provide a housing allowance.
- Assisting with compiling data into business information to reduce non-value Call Center transactions
- Research data to drive sales and revenue performance, while reducing expenses
