Five Star Quality Care, Inc. is a national healthcare and senior living services provider located in Newton, MA. We are seeking an experienced Website Content Manager to be based out of our Newton Office. This position will play an active role in the planning, coordinating, deployment, review and maintaining of content for our website redesign and ongoing maintenance and growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages all on-line lead generating outlets, analyze report trends to ensure ROI on behalf of the organization.
Assists in managing internal content and data sources for internal reporting. Identify and analyze trends to share with Senior Management.
Works closely with the internal and external developers to create and drive project timelines, develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive Internet sales. This will include creating and prioritizing all development requests to enhance web sales, optimizing web site capability, email campaigns, search engine optimization, pay per click campaigns and other partnership strategies.
Institutes real time necessary corrective measures based on analytics and results that will ensure successful achievement of the established acquisition/revenue goals.
Analyzes web usage trends and reporting to improve and/or add functionality and help drive product mix and product demand requirements and continually increase conversion rate and qualified traffic on the site.
Reviews differences between forecast and actual sales and cost of sales and create statistical reports and ROI analysis on a weekly basis; plan, recommend and execute corrective actions and enhancement activities.
Responsible for development and maintenance of web site promotional content, Internet affiliate partnerships including execution, effectiveness and financial results.
Works in close relationship with the rest of the team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that drive Internet sales. This will include enhanced web site capability, email campaign, search result improvements, PPC campaigns and other partnership strategies.
Works closely with IT team to alert any potential down time and ability to trouble shoot as necessary.
Develops concepts; strategize, plan, and implement e-commerce marketing initiatives.
Manage/Supervise, train, and evaluate the Marketing Web Assistant
Required Experience
Education and/or Experience:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in English, writing or related field. Prefer experience in the healthcare industry.
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office suite and specifically Word and Excel
Demonstrated proficiency with Content Management Systems
Experience with Cost-per-click and/or Pay-per-click marketing campaign
Demonstrated basic database report writing skills
Ability to analyze and manipulate excel spreadsheets
Copy writing and proof reading expertise Marketing / Analyst experience
