We are looking for a high energy, highly motivated individual to join our in-house recruiting team. The Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment for our direct sales , agency sales , and account management teams . We need the right person to take the lead and recruit phenomenal sales talent.
In this role you will:
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer/close
Serve as the main point of contact for Hiring Managers and candidates
Identify candidates through established and newly identified channels (i.e. job boards, referrals, database mining, etc.).
Deliver excellent customer service and responsive communication with internal business groups and hiring managers
Prepare weekly pipeline reports
Perform other duties, as required
Ability to generate a quality pipeline of candidates in a timely manner while providing an excellent candidate experience
3-5 years of recruiting experience
Ability to prioritize, work effectively with clients and multi-task competing priorities/workload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
