Clear Channel Media + Entertainment is looking for a Part-Time Mail Clerk to represent our San Francisco radio market. This member of the Clear Channel team must be articulate, professional, enthusiastic and able to perform his/her duties with professionalism and accuracy. Duties include: Managing all incoming phone calls for all Clear Channel San Francisco brands and relaying messages as needed. Maintain the conference room calendars, manage all mail and packages for the building. Maintain the fax, postage and copy machine. Manage winner prize distribution and paperwork. Maintain supply closet, all mailrooms and break rooms. Provide all special project and department support as requested by management. Assist with all other projects as needed

Job Requirements:
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Outlook, Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional in appearance and attitude. Must possess strong organizational skills. Must be proactive and have an eye for detail. Must be punctual and reliable. Must be able to work well under pressure/stress. Must be able to take direction well.
Education Requirements:
High School diploma. College Degree in communications or media preferred.
Benefits: Status: Part-Time
Hours: 12:30pm-5:30pm M-F (looking for someone with flexibility in their schedule to cover full days when needed)
Pay: $11hr.
