SUMMARY: Reporting to the Sr. Director, in the Enterprise Human Resources Department, and Assistant to the CEO in the Enterprise Executive Offices, the Office Coordinator/Corporate Services Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the Enterprise Executive Offices at 124 Technology Park. The successful candidate will coordinate projects and programs related to corporate services within the Enterprise Executive Offices as well as various office-wide initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Enterprise Executive Office’s day-to-day operations in Coordinating meeting arrangements and logistics for both on- and off-site events
Maintain inventory of catering supplies for Enterprise Executive Offices for meetings and events as well as breakroom supplies for the building
Maintain inventory of supplies for shared office equipment in the Enterprise Executive Offices (paper, toner, etc.)
Maintain Enterprise Executive Office catering kitchen and coffee stations
Contact repair technicians and coordinate service for office equipment at 124 Technology Park
Assist the Office of the CEO with facilitating responses to customer concerns
Maintain and schedule repair for the Enterprise shared vehicle
Partner with Facilities and vendors in the planning and execution of aesthetic needs (e.g artwork/board mounting, conference room appearances, and coffee station maintenance) within the Enterprise Executive Offices
Interface with the Receptionist to provide access to the Enterprise Executive Offices for scheduled meetings and events per current security standards
Respond to employee requests promptly and courteously
Provide support to Enterprise Executive Office staff when needed and assists with Human Resources department tasks, including photocopying, collating, shredding
Follow all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by GMCR and the department
Perform other duties as requested by management
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Services or similar fields or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Word and Outlook; ability to navigate in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize goals
Must have Vermont operator’s license with clean driving record
Demonstrated capability in handling highly sensitive and confidential matters effectively and discreetly
Familiarity with standard concepts, procedures, and practices of facilities and office management
Ability to maintain composure in a fast paced, high volume, customer-focused environment
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Ability to uphold safety standards, participates in continuous process improvement on the job, and follows our Manufacturing best practices
Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions
Ability to follow GMCR policies and procedures as well as our Operating principles
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Predominately sedentary light office position with high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required (67% - 100% of the workday).
