Responsibilities
Assist Solutions Support Team and Business Analysts with project and support needs, including running logs/trouble shooting and system analysis required to assist customers.
Specific Projects Include:
New Chesterton Stand Alone ED ¿ IT setup as needed
New Cancer Center ¿ IT setup as needed
Epic (growth of devices, setting up training rooms, setting up video conferences, retirement of mobile devices, etc.)
Assist with phone moves, adds changes
Closet Cabling Cleanup ¿ 2011 Project
