RETS Associates on behalf of our client, a growing public REIT, is seeking a Corporate Office Assistant/Receptionist in Los Angeles, CA.
*Must have strong receptionist skills (greeting employees, clients as they come in the door, answering phones, transferring calls etc.)
*Must have strong administrative duties including intermediate knowledge of: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
*Strong written skills (proofreading, editing)
*Ability to handle highly confidential (HR information) with professionalism.
*Ability to multi-task effectively and still maintain attention to detail.
*Have a sense of urgency in their work while being accurate.
*Have experience with setting up meetings, scheduling conference rooms and items needed for meetings.
*Support the COO and the HR Manager along with being the receptionist.
*Put together new hire packages and benefit administration information.
*Must be a polished professional as they are interfacing with the COO/HR Manager on a daily basis. Also this is at their corporate office, so they are the face of the company.
*Must be prompted, dedicated and on-time.
