Use historical product utilization and sales data to develop a base line forecast in a dynamic market.
Work with marketing and sales to understand, obtain, and monitor key factors that drive demand changes for key customers by geographical region.
Work directly with sales and operations to assure that projected sales are in alignment with budgeted sales and inventory objectives.
Review and monitor new sales opportunities/ tenders and develop and communicate a risk assessment for financial and inventory planning.
Work with engineering to develop and manage item master changes to ensure BOM accuracy and product utilization.
Validates, submit, and monitor US forecast for corporate approval
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Science or equivalent
Minimum of 6 years' experience in supply chain and inventory systems
Minimum of 4 years' experience in forecasting
Industry Experience a plus but not required
Demonstrate ability to work unsupervised under demanding time constraints
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
Capable of using Excel or Access to develop statistical data and reports
