The position will be responsible for developing, leveraging and extending existing E-Business capabilities to drive increased value for the organization. He/she will use data, analytics, knowledge of industry technical capabilities, understanding of the business model, and online customer behavior to drive value to the company from the E-business investment. Essential Responsibilities
Develop, manage and maintain customer experience through the GE Capital Bank Website
Develop and manage investments in web content management tools, user acceptance testing efforts, and extendible functionality to support both card and non-US card lines of business such as Savings and Lending products
Manage vendor applications and technology partnership to support user experience
Drive continuous enterprise cost reduction through migration of customer interaction to online channels in a way that enhances overall business performance. Examples: secure message center, PLU/ELU migration, rewards redemption, Customer Service functionality, Tealeaf, Collections support
Manage the prioritization of ongoing enhancements to the web and prioritizing them based on resource availability, value, and business need
Drive continuous improvement in site security, data feeds to support web targeting, and eventual CCS integration
Partner with Marketing Analytics to report on and analyze performance of the web environment to drive performance and insights
Partner with branding and acquisitions to drive volume through e-channel delivery programs Qualifications/Requirements Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 15 years of website development and management experience.
Minimum of 10 years experience in internet/digital marketing, and/or emerging technologies in a customer facing environment
Experience managing a team
Experience in online product development and delivery systems
Experience in direct to consumer online banking
Experience in vendor management; contract management

MBA or equivalent graduate level degree
Advanced experience in management consulting, industry and asset research, and regulatory economics.

Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to motivate non-direct reports, both internal and external, to achieve goals
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, build relationships and work effectively with internal and external partners
