The PENNCare Network is one of the largest primary care networks in the region. Our physicians specialize in internal medicine, family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology and pediatrics, and provide high-quality health care in many neighborhoods throughout the region.

Minimum Requirements

KGE Medical Group is located in our brand new Penn Medicine at Woodbury Heights facility. They are seeking a full time Patient Services Rep to support the Practice Manager and physicians in fulfilling the mission of the Clinical Heath Care Associates (CHCA) and Penn Medicine.

The Patient Service Representative assists the practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus, supports the delivery of highest quality care, shares a passion for patient and customer centered care, and assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial and operational targets. Some of the primary responsibilities of the Patient Services Representative are to provide telephone coverage, provide front desk coverage, schedule patients, perform patient registration, and manage patient funds according to policy. This will be a full time position, and business hours will be discussed at the interview.

Additional Information

This position requires mental, visual, and hearing alertness to perform duties. Must be able to work with frequent interruptions, and must enjoy interacting with patients and coworkers in a busy customer service environment. Two or three years of medical office experience is preferred with an education equivalent of the completion of high school. Must be computer literate, and have the ability to learn new computer systems such as IDX and EPIC. Previous experience with IDX and EPIC are a plus. Must be a team-player.
