User Experience and Interface Lead
Catalog and prioritize the current Intel Cloud Service Platform UX/UI needs. Create UX for cloud services that is appealing to consumers and consumable by developers. Create UI mockups, UI flow diagrams, final UI designs and write HTML, CSS and Graphics as required. Add UX/UI intercepts to CSP Roadmap Wave schedule. Engage with Marketing team to develop CSP branding and appropriate usage. Provide recommendations on UI/UX resourcing as appropriate and drive related contracts when necessary. Translate our brand vision into visual elements and be able to use that influence the product roadmap. Perform user interface usability studies as required. Design user experience and look & feel for upcoming differentiated services (future looking). Lead UX/UI for CSP, developing the path ahead for evolution of services. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated capability to deliver persuasive, high impact, high quality presentations. Practiced in establishing open and bi-directional feedback mechanisms. Passion and aptitude for user design with ability to quickly adapt to new approaches/technology. Deep understanding of product planning, product engineering, and customer requirements in software products as pertains to User Design (UI/UX). Deep knowledge of consumer products and features. Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English. Ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment with ambiguity. Own comprehensive User Design Roadmap (integrate into Product roadmap). Drive User Design innovation and exploration/prototyping of future capabilities. Document and diffuse User Design direction internally and externally.
BA/BS or equivalent in CS UX Design or related technical discipline required.
Expert in UX design.
Expert in UI Creation and direction.
Proven track record of shipping software products from fortune 500 company with your UX/UI contribution/leadership.
Experience working on Cloud Services.
Experience in working with CEO and exec staff management.
Experience in shipping software in the an enterprise software business.
Experience in shipping web based and/or cloud based software products.
Experience managing relationships with external 3rd parties.

The Intel Cloud Services Platform Product team is looking for an experienced User Experience Lead to own and define the user experience and user interface within the Cloud Service Platform. As UX Lead you'll work cross team with Product Strategy, Engineering, Production and other team members to define, design, and implement the customer facing elements of all Cloud Service Platform Services as a whole.
