OfficeTeam is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a temporary ongoing opportunity!

As an Executive Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for all aspects of supporting the President/CEO. Day to day responsibilities in this Executive Assistant role will include maintaining the President's calendar in Microsoft Outlook, making travel arrangements, and event planning. Other duties as an Executive Assistant may include screening calls, and preparing reports, and presentations.

Keys to success in this Executive Assistant role are strong organization skills, good communication skills, an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word including mail merge, an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets involving simple formulas, and an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Power Point including the ability to create and modify Power Point presentations. The ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience supporting executive level management.
