Responsible for the coordination and supervision of the construction of production facilities. This may include but is not limited to mitigating and settling damages, liaison to surface owners, and remediation of environmental issues associated with drilling location construction.
Coordinate and construct production facilities.
Stake location of planned sites.
Remediate environmental issues and reclaim sites.
Settle damages incurred during construction.
Monitor daily operations for the construction of multiple production facility locations.
Evaluate data using various resources in order to improve future construction activities and to reduce costs.
Track costs by reviewing and approving invoices, costs, and price quotes.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Chesapeake's Environmental, Health and Safety Guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
3 - 5 years experience in construction.
Strong aptitude in reading, understanding, and providing feedback on engineered design construction drawings.
Ability to use rigorous logic, critical thinking skills and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.
Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines.
Demonstrate strong computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office applications. Able to learn company specific applications.
Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts.
Practical knowledge of production facility construction and practices.
Ability to multitask.
5+ years experience in production facility construction.
Bachelors of Science Degree.
Basic knowledge of production operations.
General knowledge of state and federal environmental rules and regulations
