This position is supporting the USPS ETS contract in Washington, DC at L'Enfant Plaza. Shall perform Information System Requirements and Acceptance Testing and analyze new business requirements or changes to existing requirements for Retail and Mailer systems, International, Operations, and Internet, Intranet, and Call Center functions that either interface or are integrated into the Product Tracking System. Shall develop requirements documentation for each required change according to established standards provided by USPS. Shall develop a customer acceptance test plan for each itemized requirement, including specifying detailed test data regarding input and expected output, according to established standards provided by USPS. Shall create test data, printing barcodes to be scanned and also extract test data from the current database, to include in customer acceptance test (CAT) efforts. Shall review system test materials provided by USPS for tests conducted by the Information Technology group. Shall conduct acceptance tests on USPS premises, using Mobile Data Collection Device (MDCD) / Intelligent Mail Device (IMD) scanners, Optical Scanner Workstations (OSW), Mailer Electronic Files, Mailer Extract files, Intranet tracking screens, Internet tracking screens, Product Tracking System Web Applications, Account Management Delivery Confirmation (AMDC) system, Electronic Marketing Reporting System (EMRS), Expedited Service Specialist (ESS) Web application, Web Executive Information System (EIS), PTS reports, the Call Center Agent screens or Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), POS ONE, and APCs, as appropriate. Shall produce detailed documentation regarding test results according to standards provided by USPS. Shall develop requirements development status reports and test schedules according to standards developed by USPS. Shall analyze and document PTS business logic, including database and processing rules, and update documentation as new requirements are developed and analyze current PTS output reports and identify improvements regarding information display and consolidation. Shall perform the following: Requirements analysis and documentation. Develop and execute customer test plans. Analyze system processes and document business logic. Perform database analysis and SQL queries Extract files from a DB2 database and import them into standard desktop software packages such as Excel or Access as required. Hours: 8am to 5pm
