Job Description
Provide leadership & support in the implementation and integration of assigned service-line registry quality reporting to include expert in metric definitions, data abstraction, data/report analysis, and reporting through dashboards to leadership. The supervisor will coordinate quality & performance improvement interventions to facilitating multi-disciplinary teams for improvement strategy planning, provider and staff education, implementation and auditing for successful goal attainment.
Collaborates with aligned registries & service-lines for optimum patient safety and Kaleida excellence in care. Oversees the audit of work activities of system staff to verify conformance of activities to quality assurance standards. Ensures that the service-line activity is consistent with the system's overall Mission, Vision and Strategic Plan. Has department responsibility for operations, hiring and terminating staff, evaluating and disciplining staff.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors of Science degree in Healthcare required. Registered Nurse with minimum of two years experience (or equivalent) in service-line or registry field. Certification in health care quality highly desirable. Experience in healthcare management and demonstrated accomplishments service-line knowledge and performance improvement. Formal Facilitator training preferred. Knowledge and expertise of service line, improvement strategies and data analysis. Knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements as it applies o the service-line. Strong interpersonal skills, self directed, self motivated, energetic. Demonstrated results in teamwork. Knowledge of data and analytical techniques required.
