Provide administrative support to the VP/GMM, Analytics. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
Calendar management: ensure manager stays on schedule, monitor manager’s deadlines, protect manager’s time to maximize efficiency. Screening and routing phone calls. Travel arrangements: flights, hotels, agenda and travel itinerary. Meeting set-up and coordination. Recruiting/New hire management: work with all recruiters to fill available positions, responsible for coordinating all onsite interviews and onboarding new employees. Project management: take initiative on multiple projects, work with other departments to ensure success, keep all projects on schedule. Preparing expense and other finance reports. Office management: Department mail, supplies, etc. Customer relations.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Dependable, organized, show attention to detail. Ability to multi-task. Must be flexible. Tasks will change in nature frequently; individual must be able to adapt quickly, learn and apply new skills as needed. Research & analytic skills. Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Must be able to discreetly handle all business. Previous administrative experience a plus.
