The VA New York Harbor Healthcare System, Brooklyn Campus is seeking a part-time (48 hours/bi-weekly) Anesthesiologist. The ideal candidate possesses the following credentials: Board Certified in Anesthesiology & Pain Management and have completed fellowship training in pain management. Additionally the candidate must possess certifications as follows: Implantable Devices (Spinal Cord Stimulator and Intrathecal Pump Implantation), Kyphoplasty, Percutaneous Rhizotomy and Endoscopic Discectomy, Percutaneous Discectomy, Discography and Radiofrequency ablation. The Anesthesiologist must be currently affiliated with an academic institution and have a background in research.

- U.S. Citizenship (Non-citizens may be appointed only if it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens)
- Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
- Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
- Must be board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
