This position is responsible for the global launch and strategic life cycle management of the Sapphire ™ multi therapy Infusion Systems in more than 60 key markets across Europe, Asia and The Americas.

Other responsibilities include:
- Lead global launch/marketing plans and drive product training for the platform
- Drive the strategic direction and priorities for the product line
- Develop market segmentation for the products
- Develop and drive promotional and pricing strategies for the platform
- Develop positioning and messaging for value positioning and value selling tools product to support regional Commercial teams execution
- Identify new opportunities
- Ensure a full range of sets and accessories portfolio to meet market needs
- Manage and lead product strategies based on customer insights, clinical practice, competitive intelligence and industry trends
- Analyze and track market and competitive information for product lines in all regions and channels, including key competitors, sustainable competitive advantages and core competency identification and exploitation
Develop strong relationships with regional marketing and sales team.

Skills/Experience Education/Certification
- - Minimum 7 years in the medical device healthcare industry
- Must have product launch experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Data driven with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills to bring the organization to consensus on decisions on both short and long-term product plans.
- Ability to work well in matrix organization with strong influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Ability to think differently, challenge conventional wisdom, and drive new best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey key insights efficiently and precisely.
- Possess passion, demonstrates collaboration, fosters an entrepreneurial spirit and upholds integrity values.
- MBA preferred.
