Reservations Manager - TUM000017

Description
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

To manage the Reservations department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms department to maximize Room Yield through inventory control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt's brand standards.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in hospitality or tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Reservations Manager, Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in larger operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills a must.
