The purpose of this position is to coordinate and perform a wide variety of functional engineering assignments that require a vast degree of independent judgment within areas of experience and the application of standard engineering principles, theories, concepts and techniques. This position is tasked with completing design solutions to technical problems to support the production objectives of IC Corporation LLC’s bus assembly plant.
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Drafting or Engineering
OR
At least 2 years of experience with creating concepts, designs, layouts, detailed parts and product drawings using a 3D solid modeling CAD System.
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows/Office is required.
Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate with both internal and external customers.
Responsible, organized, and dedicated with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
The candidate must be highly motivated to perform multiple tasks while working independently, or as a member of a team in a dynamic organization.
Ability to operate in a web-based environment.
Travel up to 10% of the time.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with Team Center and UG models created using Unigraphics NX4 or later version.
Familiarity with EOFF.
Familiarity with CDMS.
