SOSi is looking for an experienced Assistant Program Manager to help manage language support services in the Northern Virginia area. This role will oversee the triage of source material coming into the language support center. Successful applicants will be trained Linguists themselves and shall have three or more years of experience in a leading a team of Linguists or Language Enabled Analysts. Successful candidates will be fluent in English and one or more additional languages to include but not limited to Arabic, Pashto, Dari, Farsi, Urdu, Spanish, Punjabi, German, Somali, Turkish, Bahasa, Uzbek, Tajik, Turkmen, or Hausa.

Essential Job Duties:
• Provides oversight and management of language and content examination of electronic media and documents
• Coordinates with other customer offices and elements to ensure the timely identification and reporting of files, documents and other items
and findings of intelligence value in accordance with priorities, customer requirements, and standard operating procedures
• Assists government supervisors in interfacing with customers, determining the tools used, content of data bases, and the quality control and dissemination of work products
• Performs supervisory and administrative functions over the Triage Team Lead and the Triage Team
Minimum Requirements
• Candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet current eligibility requirements for access to SCI classified information; US citizenship required
• At least two years of experience in managing language and content examination of electronic media
• Minimum of a 3/3/3/3 (listening/speaking/reading/writing) score on Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scale) in the source language and a minimum of 3+/3+/3+/3+ in English
• Excellent command and comprehension of one or more regional dialect(s) in the source language

• This position often requires non-traditional hours or shift work, which may include nights and weekends
