COMPENSATION:
Band GP: $65,977 - $94,568

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field of study and a minimum of five years of related experience in a comparable field; or a High School diploma and a minimum of eight years of specifically related technical experience in an electrical utility line construction/operation position is required. Supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Individual must have demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities. Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a CDL license. Qualified candidates must submit a resume with their application.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises, coordinates and plans the construction, operation, and maintenance of the PSNH electric transmission and distribution system. Assists the Field Supervisor-Lines, Customer Operations in the overall management of the department's resources. Routinely provides direct supervision to the Working Foremen - Line and lineworkers in support of operate restore and the design build processes. Utilizes the work management and maintenance computer systems to manage the department workload and crew assignments. Participates in and ensures completion of safety programs; ensures adherence to safe work practices. Ensures that capital and expense work is accomplished both cost effectively and on budget while adhering to construction standards. Coordinates and participates in the accomplishment of skills training. Assigns appropriate manpower, vehicles, and specialized tools and equipment to efficiently and effectively meet work requirements. Requests and checks switching instructions, supervises, and coordinates performance of switching and coordinates work resources across different departments/processes. Reviews jobs to ensure that they can be performed as planned/scheduled and that all requirements are satisfied. Serves on-call and analyzes trouble calls. Supervises within the provisions of the agreement between the Company and the local bargaining unit. Will have storm restoration and emergency assignments. Must live within 30 miles of the Area Work Center.
