Provide front line leadership and direction to the customer care pharmacy staff to ensure that the quality and productivity goals and standards for Priority Health are being met. This is a people development role focused on providing continuous feedback to the staff regarding individual performance, and overall departmental performance. Continually assess and recommend opportunities to improve the overall performance of the department and individual team members.
Education - Bachelor's Degree in or 5 years experience with an emphasis in Pharmaceutical in healthcare retail or insurance industry.
Experience - Minimum of 4 years pharmacy experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy, preferable in a leadership role. MEDICARE experience preferred.
