To assist business units in implementing solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of their workflows and procedures.
Associates Degree in business or other appropriate discipline, plus 3 - 4 years experience in the Insurance industry, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
Broad base of knowledge related to insurance.
Relevant experience working with automated insurance processing systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to evaluate procedures and problems and recommend effective solutions.
Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve optimum customer support.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong writing and analytical/problem solving skills.
Experience with Imaging programs preferred.
Ability to deal effectively/courteously with a wide variety of company users who have varying levels of computer understanding and experience, as well as outside vendors and consultants.
