In addition we provide systems engineering, design, installation and maintenance of ATC equipment and NAVAIDs throughout US and Canada. We are seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals to expand our aviation services within North America, and our support of the FAA in its NextGen modernization effort in and around the Washington DC area. The Program Manager Aviation, is responsible to provide technical leadership, strategic and tactical planning, cost, schedule and technical oversight of SE2020 or other major FAA task order contracts. The role is a key contributor in planning and executing program plans and coordinating prototype/solution development.

This role requires both internal and external stakeholder relationship management including working with the prime or subcontractor teams, aviation subject matter experts and FAA, to ensure that program plans are executed in accordance with requirements. Job Responsibilities: Direct all phases of contract performance from inception to completion Technical compliance with program requirements and contracts with prime or subcontractors Coordinates the preparation of task order proposals, team work allocation with contractors and financial terms/conditions of the task orders Acts as the primary point of contact with the prime or subcontractors team for all program activities Lead program review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establish milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules Required Skills Required Experience Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Math, Science, Operations Research or Business Management 10 or more years of management experience in projects involving research, planning, integrating and implementation of complex systems PMI certification or ability to quickly achieve Familiarity with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Intimately familiar with NAS architecture and FAA NextGen modernization concepts Solid foundation in systems engineering, ATC technologies, and/or prototyping activities.
