As one of the largest agencies in metro-Detroit, we are seeking new sales executives to assist us in carrying an unmatched tradition of success in this industry. Upon completion of an internal training program, new producers will demonstrate clear knowledge of employee benefits programs and products designed to fit the needs of clients. You will have the ability to set appointments with prospective clients, analyze existing exposures, and present alternative insurance solutions to fulfill the needs of prospects and clients.

Four year college degree
Prior successful sales experience preferred
Life & Health license (desired)
Prior insurance experience is not required. Some of our most successful producers have a variety of non-insurance backgrounds.
Salary Range: Negotiable; Initially Base Compensation plus Commission
