Description
Northrop Grumman Information Systems is seeking a part time Business Process Analyst to join our team in Mclean, VA.

The analyst will serve on the testing team. The analyst will document business processes and software services to support these processes via storyboards, mockups, system maps, process flows, flow charts, scenarios, and personas.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct modernization projects.
Perform activity and data modeling, develop modern business methods, identify best practices, and create and assess performance measurements.
Perform interviews with users, develop AS-IS and TO-BE business flow diagrams, and generate test driven scenario documentation (use cases).
Coordinate/facilitate enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of experience. 4 additional years of experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Active current Top Secret/SCI level clearance.
• General knowledge of NGA and the Intelligence Community.
• Experience with just-in-time analysis in an agile project environment requirement.
• Familiarly with story card development is required.
This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and/or customer approval.
