To accommodate our growth, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive, in our Chesterfield, MO office, to generate new and recurring revenues through the sales and marketing of our e-Learning solutions. This is an outstanding inside sales opportunity for an experienced and dynamic sales professional who is driven to hunt for new business and who has a proven track record of employing a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting new business in the small to medium market across all industries in the US and Canada
  • Execute a top-down sales approach targeting Presidents, CFOs, and HR Directors to convert prospects into clients.
  • Develop relationships with C-Level Executives.
  • Build and maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline
  • Qualify sales opportunities; build and manage sales pipeline in the territory
  • Strong Inside Sales, Marketing and Sales Engineering support
  • Conduct virtual presentations around our solutions
  • Identify client solutions and design customized training programs
  • Develop, negotiate and close long-term agreements
  • A minimum of 3 years consultative sales experience successfully selling solutions or services at the executive level to small and medium-sized organizations,
  • Experience selling HR-related software or services preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of success in closing new business, exceeding sales targets
  • Aggressive, hard-working, persuasive, persistent, self-motivated, and productive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and strong time management skills
  • Ability to build and deliver powerful presentations, must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
