Create strategies to optimize use of resources, administer software upgrades, and preserve security and integrity of databases and business process applications. 7 - 10 years' relevant experience as an Oracle database administrator in an enterprise system and application environments Experience supervising people and managing projects, or equivalent combination.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (include unique competencies, certification, licenses, etc.):
Proficiency in PL/SQL. Knowledge of UNIX and shell scripts. Knowledge of web architecture and infrastructure. Knowledge of web programming languages. Knowledge of SQL Server. Knowledge of Oracle Grid, RAC and RMAN technologies. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; good written and communication skills.
