As a Supervisor in the Global Assistance Center, you will be leading a team with a high focus on customer service. This position will supervise and monitor representatives on a daily/weekly/monthly basis for quality control and coaching opportunities. This position will provide performance feedback, watch call levels, and maintain service level expectations as well as handle supervisor calls.

Position Requirements

Qualified candidates must have a high focus on high level customer service. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of customer service experience, strong leadership skills, time management skills, possess professional verbal/written communication skills, and the ability to work well with a wide variety of customers and team members.
