The Account Manager in this position must be web-savvy, understand online advertising and have strong client service skills. This is a role focused on relationship building, retention, upselling and overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Service and support our existing, mature client base
Work directly with client decision-makers and budget-holders
Help clients measure their success and ROI from Indeed
Educate clients on all existing and new product offerings at Indeed
Retain your accounts through exceptional client service
Increase revenue for your accounts through upsells and renewals
Meet or exceed assigned quota on a quarterly basis
Coordinate and prepare for client visits and presentations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Professional maturity and business acumen
5-7 years experience in business-to-business environment
Industry experience in online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, recruitment advertising or staffing agencies preferred
Track record of account management or sales success
Passion for client service
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities and client requests
