PLEASE NOTE, THIS POSITION IS FOR CURRENT DAYMAR COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY.
The purpose of this position is to assist the academic department in providing customer services to our students.
Direct student support, including assistance with documentation and guiding student to online schedules.
Office responsibilities, including data entry, scanning, faxing, filing and mailing material.
Assist with internal auditing of academics files to ensure each record meets regulatory compliance.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Education and or the Campus Director / President.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Current Daymar College student who is Federal Work Study Eligible
Cumulative 2.5 GPA or higher
Business office and or Customer Service experience preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Exceptional customer service skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Proficient computer skills
Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong ability to multi-task
