What to Expect:
Program Managers direct the activities, planning, development and implementation of our Cognitive Behavioral Treatment programs. They ensure our operations deliver quality services, adhere to contractual obligations and operate with integrity and excellence. Program Managers learn, use and model the principles of ‘What Works’ in corrections when working with clients and other staff members.
Supervising a team of Case Managers, Client Service Specialists and Therapists, Program Managers develop financial and operational objectives for the program and continually recognize ways to increase efficiency. They regularly report on office revenues, expenses and performance measures. Additionally, they identify and implement training and development opportunities for staff.
Customer relationship building and business development are also key activities for the Program Manager. He or she interacts with a number of program and criminal justice stakeholders including courts, probation, parole, elected officials and community resources to communicate program results and seek out new business opportunities.

Basic knowledge of case management, referral services and interventions in both group and individual modalities.
General knowledge of criminal justice system.
Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with program stakeholders at all levels (employees, courts, customers, elected officials and community resources).
Effective presentation, public speaking and facilitation skills.
Ability to resolve conflict and de-escalate situations when necessary.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work with diverse clients and staff.
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Leadership and supervisory skills.
Basic financial management and budgeting skills.
Demonstrated problem solving ability and analytical proficiency.
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and the Internet.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills may be required.
Background & Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Criminal Justice or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
Two to three years experience in criminal justice or case management.
One year supervisory experience preferred.
