About the Job

The Senior Channel Strategy Analyst will report to the Integrated Channel Strategy leader. This role is responsible for assisting in the development of a framework to conceptualize and measure cross-channel initiatives, build capabilities, and develop multi-year and clear multi-channel investment portfolio choices across segments and channels. This position will execute a consistent, structured approach to track progress of initiatives across Integrated Channels including the Branch, Contact Center, ATM and Online/Mobile Channels. They will develop and own the model for production, productivity and peer group assessment. This role will interact with Channel team members, Insights, Marketing, Finance, HR and Segment partners.

Essential Job Functions

  • Identify opportunities to better meet segment needs/targets through improved processes, tools and technologies
  • Track/ Review overall progress on cross-channel build and process initiatives for adherence to plan and consistency
  • Maintain/Develop Process Framework to drive continuous process improvement across all channels
  • Identify risk and opportunity for segment programs and initiatives based on channel performance
  • Assess channel performance against external and industry benchmarks to inform business decisions
  • Assist the Integrated Channel Strategy leader in analyzing channel performance and process
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements for channel performance
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal business partners (Finance, Marketing, Insights, Segment, Product, Channels and HR)
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of business experience with 3+ in financial or consulting industries
  • Strong knowledge in developing tailored processes based on Segment needs, preferences, and practices
  • Knowledge and appreciation of cross-functional teams including internet, mobile, call center, branch and branch operations (technologies, processes, incentives, trends)
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet urgent needs without compromising long term strategic objectives
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management
  • Strong financial analysis skills and business casing
  • Expert in excel
  • Skilled in developing effective materials to communicate complex subject matter
  • Ability to coordinate competing priorities and deadlines
  • Proven ability to deliver results through effective teamwork & collaboration
