Falcon Plastics, Inc. is a leader in the custom injection and blow molding industry and has been based in South Dakota since 1975. Our Madison, SD operation began manufacturing in 1990 and has continued it's growth and success ever since.

We are currently looking for a individual with strong leadership and management skills to join our growing Madison operation.

Job Summary:
This is a key leadership role who will supervise and coordinate all activities in the production operation. Direct responsibility for leading the manufacturing operations which in a cost effective manner yield finished products in the desired quantities and at specified levels of quality. This position partners closely with the Plant Manager and support departmental managers in the ongoing continual improvement of plant operations.

Education / Experience:
Two year post secondary degree and 5 years releated experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills and past supervisory experience required.
