The position is based at our corporate headquarters in Winter Garden, FL, however, the ideal candidate will visit and inspect our properties located in FL, GA, AL, NJ, PA, OH, VA, CA, and AZ on an as needed basis.

Ideal candidates MUST have COMMERCIAL Construction industry experience, CERTIFIED FACILITY MANAGER (CFM), and Multi-state/Multi-site experience.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000/year

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspect and supervise the work of current condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and maintenance crews.
After-construction follow up as needed.
Keep the records and accounts accurately, perfectly and with the transparency and will have to maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment and other systems in the locations.
Create a schedule or the time table of regular evaluation of the facilities.
Participate in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies and facilities in the facilities.
Ensure the equipment is working properly.
Maintain the systems and equipment problem free - create monitoring systems or programs in the facilities to detect problems as early as possible.
Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities as early as possible.
Develop a system for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities and all the equipment.
Deduct the common problems such as power shortage so will have to develop back-up or alternative systems for common problems.
Ensuring the safety of the buildings from fire, flood and other hazards.
Maintain the efficiency, upkeep, and good working conditions of the facilities.
Coordinate with the upper management on work issues.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years experience providing facility management of multiple locations
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
COMMERCIAL Construction industry MANDATORY
Engineering knowledge a plus
Multi-state/Multi-site MANDATORY
Bachelors degree in Facilities Management
CERTIFIED FACILITY MANAGER (CFM) - PREFERRED
