Job Description:
Property Compliance Coordinator will assist the Property Compliance Supervisor/Manager in performing compliance activities for one or multiple operational properties. This person will be responsible for the analysis and investigation of all front of house Suspicious Activity Investigation Reports and completion of all required quarterly regulatory audits.

� Analyzes and performs necessary investigations of all front of house Suspicious Activity Investigation Reports and prepares initial SARs for review. After approval, submits all front and back of house SARs to the BSA
� Assists the Property Compliance Supervisor/Manager in monitoring Title 31/SAR training of all applicable property employees.
� Performs other tasks as assigned, to include, but not limited to:
o Assists the Property Compliance Supervisor with gathering information in response to subpoenas
o Performs quarterly sensitive key audits where required
o Performs quarterly gaming system access reviews where required
o Performs quarterly LET walkthroughs where required
o Performs quarterly slot machine readings where required
o Performs quarterly currency counter tests where required
o Reviews all airfare/discount forms for compliance with regulatory requirements
o Assists the Property Compliance Supervisor in performing follow-up of internal/external audit findings
o Assists the Property Compliance Supervisor in gathering information for IRS audit documentation requests
o Performs semi-annual cash counts at property and assists citywide compliance departments with their property cash counts

� Undergraduate degree is preferred.
� Minimum two years experience in the gaming Compliance field

� Ability to read, analyze, and interpret gaming statutes, rules, and regulations. Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, and procedures from an operational perspective, identify any relevant concerns, and formulate or provide input for solutions.
� Ability to manage multi-faceted projects to a successful conclusion.

� Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to respond to inquiries or requests from regulatory agencies. Ability to effectively communicate policies and procedures to groups or individuals of the Company.
� Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. (Excel, Word, etc.)
� Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
� Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
