Guest Service Supervisor
Will provide direct support administratively and operationally for the Guest Services Management Team.
Seeking candidates with exceptional organizational, time-management, customer service & interpersonal communication skills. Candidates shall have at least 1 years of Hotel Management experience but would prefer 3 years. Candidates must enjoy customer contact & interaction as well as training staff to Chula Vista standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused & multi-task focused environment. Must have strong leadership abilities to create successful operational flow of front desk, phone operations & reservations procedures in relationship to resort environment. Able to exhibit strong judgment in decision making skills & be an effective problem-solver.
Candidates must have the following skills:
Strong working knowledge of RDP Win Resort Property Management Software or like sofeware
Capable at handling customer service related issues and problems to resolution
Strong ability to multi-task with administrative & operational duties
Audit & manage balancing of daily front desk financials
Interest and experience in training and development of guest services associates
Flexible schedule and able to work various shifts and holidays.
