Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
The Client and Financial Reporting Director for the Benefits Center of Excellence will have primary responsibility for, setting and influencing strategic direction for the COE’s Reporting work stream with senior leadership, partnering with the CST’s, various Benefit COE leaders, and other internal partners to develop and then implement reporting standards, protocols, tools and governance process across the enterprise. More specifically this includes; the introduction of base reporting standards, comparison of current standards against the new set of standards, development of an action plan with CST’s support to migrate current clients to the new reporting environment, creating greater access to client and financial reporting through more robust electronic reporting and communication network (e.g., portal) and construction of a client operations datamart. In addition, this role will be part of the COE leadership team and will be responsible for the development of COE strategy and influencing the execution of its objectives. Required Qualifications:
The candidate must have proven experience working specifically with leadership across multiple areas of the organization on transformational-like projects. In addition, the appropriate candidate must be capable of setting and executing a strategic plan or direction and have the ability to not only interact but influence at a senior leadership level. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and use effective judgment in prioritization and time allocation. Demonstrate ability to manage a variety of projects with varying levels of complexity to successful completion. Experience in leading and managing a diverse group of direct &/or indirect managers while also providing them coaching and mentoring. A minimum of 7 years related experience in a position requiring problem solving, ability to analyze and create solutions. Deep knowledge of benefit coding function/client financial reporting and a minimum of 5 years experience in managing complex projects or equivalent experience.
