The Agile/Java Integration Data Manager role will have autonomy and significant technical leadership opportunity in rolling out Agile methods/tools, linking Rally software to salesforce.com and integration of test/security tools. This is a great opportunity to mix your technical skills (javascripting, xml, html, etc.) and project management experience and have a big organizational impact.The Process and Methodology team is responsible for the Product Life Cycle, Software Development Life Cycle, and complete rollout of Agile Methods and tools. The primary responsibility is ensuring successful Agile Transformation and successful usage of Rally as our tool of choice. Working with the Product and Technology team, the position will contribute to the development and implementation of Rally Integrations, Metrics Dashboards, and training teams in Agile Practices that align with the FICO Agile Playbook. * Special Projects: Conducts special projects at the direction, which often involve working across multiple functional areas to collect and organize data and to recommend solutions to complex situations.Role/Responsibility:Seeking a Technical Agile Coach to provide Agile coaching and mentorship to Product teams. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated success in transforming organization to agile methodologies. Job duties include: * Coach teams on effective transition to Agile methodology, including program managing the Agile Transformation * Build, refine, and instruct Agile courses * Help define and refine the FICO Agile vision, methodology, practices and tool usage * Assist in refining and articulating the Agile Software Life Cycle Vision necessary to guide training, mentoring, project coaching, and adoption. * Integrate Rally with other tools such as Subversion, Jenkins or Maven, test automation tools, SharePoint, etc. Able to manage a flexible schedule and travel periodically domestically and internationally (expectation is at least once per month). * Self-starter who works independently & is results-driven, tenacious, precise, & calm under pressure. Demonstrated ability & desire to continuous learning & growth.
Education/Certifications Required: * Degree in Computer Science or comparable experience * ScrumMaster Certification a plusExperience/Qualifications Required:* 5+ Years with Agile/Scrum project management experience. * 3+ Years experience in Agile coaching/mentoring. * 3+ Years using Rally software preferred* Minimum of 1 year coding integrations and ensuring proper tool usage by teams. Certified ScrumMaster certification a plus.* Javascript skills required* Highly skilled with Agile development practices including, Scrum, TDD and Continuous Integration * Ability to Coach teams in Agile best practices* High level of knowledge of Rally as a tool* Experience using the Rally Web API* Able to work under tight deadlines* Able to deliver on a project with little or no supervision* Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization* Excellent critical thinking skillsReady to apply?
