The Miralea Concierge provides excellent service by ensuring that the needs and requests of Miralea residents and guests are met. Services may include scheduling valet and transportation service, reservations, documenting maintenance requests, and other customer service related tasks. Receptionist duties including greeting residents and guests, answering the phone, and administrative projects as assigned. Must be knowledgeable, resourceful, and responsive. Confidentiality and professionalism is absolutely necessary.

Provides excellent customer service for residents and guests.
Greets residents and visitors, and monitors building access
Receives and directs in-coming phone calls
Responds to resident requests for information; responds to resident feedback and addresses concerns in a timely, professional manner
Provides transportation reservation service
Maintains daily maintenance and service records
Performs general Administrative duties
Perform routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed
Maintains lobby area and makes sure it is presentable
Contact for common space reservations, tracking reservations, and assisting with set up and equipment needs.
