Turtle Beach is recruiting for a marketing brand manager who would be responsible for global product marketing and branding activities including planning, budgeting, research, packaging, PR, media, retail marketing, events, and digital executions.

Ability to put together strategic marketing presentations and evangelize them to all stake-holders.
Ability to develop relationships and cultivate business opportunities with key constituencies, such as licencors and marketing partners.
Must have good oral, written, and multi-cultural communication skills.
Capacity to interface with all departments and levels within the company as well as outside vendors.
Ability to see trends and understand the competitive landscape, while possessing the aptitude to see the big business picture.
Must be detail oriented, have good time and business process management skills and be able to prioritize in a changing environment.
Ability to travel. This position requires occasional day and overnight trips away from the home office.
Able to play video games and understand the perspective of the video game or consumer electronics consumer.
5 years of experience in a senior marketing role at a multi-territory consumer electronics company or games publisher.
Extensive experience in the marketing and brand management of consumer facing products.
Business/Marketing degree or equivalent qualifications desirable.
Strong track record of managing marketing in the context of consumer electronics targeting younger demographics or games across genres and geographies.
Research experience and ability to identify key trends and opportunities.
Ability to manage in a complex organization.
Manage the execution of global product marketing plans including packaging, advertising, public relations, retail, and digital efforts.
Assure cross-functional communication with marketing, product development, engineering, and operations.
Manage information flow between departments to ensure all title-related materials communicate title and brand objectives and positioning.
Act as brand/category evangelist; use influencing skills to gain agreement on key marketing aspects across all stakeholders.
Work with creative services, engineering, product development and PR to develop advertising, packaging materials and PR plans.
Execute the marketing plan for assigned products including management of product marketing budget and delivery of marketing materials within allocated budget.
Work with events and promotions team members to develop and execute appropriate consumer experiences, promotions and sponsorships for assigned products.
Other responsibilities are performed as assigned or needed.
