Master’s degree preferred, education may be substituted for by direct experience. A minimum of three years experience in progressively responsible human services functions, of which two years have been in a supervisory capacity. Experience may be substituted for academic training. All applicants must hold a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year. Must have access to an operational and insured Vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients. All applicants must be able to become MAP, CPR, and First Aid certified in the first 150 days of employment. Experience in human services field preferred with psychiatric disability, co-occurring disorders, but not required. Preference given to bi-lingual/bi-cultural applicants and applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions.

Job Description:
Oversee the operation and staffing of a cooperative housing setting wherein CBFS clients have chosen to live with others and/or await individual housing opportunities. Uses and helps staff use rehabilitation values, principles and techniques, including skills training to help program clients overcome barriers to living independently. Ensure program meets high quality standards and provide value to CBFS clients. Provide leadership and consultation to clients and staff on implementing Individual Action Plans (IAP). Supervise all program staff. Ensure billing and utilization management standards, contract specifications and program regulations are adhered to as required. Liaison with multi-disciplinary Collaborative Action for Recovery (CAR) team as needed.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 9am
