This is a full time (office) administrative receptionist position.
This person will perform administrative duties and front desk office support related tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: proofing and editing, running reports, interacting with clients, project oversight, and handling travel and meeting arrangements. Qualified applicants should also be dependable and be computer literate. Must have an ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.
-answering inbound calls from field representatives & customers
-assisting and troubleshooting problems for representatives and customers
-handling shipping concerns
-coaching representatives/customers with online placement of their orders
-answering basic policy/procedural/product questions for representatives/customers
-online marketing, blogging, advertising
-general office organizational duties (faxing, filing)
-assist with event coordination
-assist with order fulfilling (packing product into boxes for shipment and inventory)
-Adept with computer skills, Office Suite, and very quick learner for new company specific software
-Pleasant phone manner
-Client and representative happiness is our #1 priority
-Basic journalism ability to write thoughtful emails, blog entries, and advertisements
-Can Do Attitude and willing to jump from task to task and fill in where needed
BONUS SKILLS: (not required - but highly desirable)
-General knowledge of how a direct sales / party plan / network marketing company works. If you have been a team leader or successful representative with a party plan type of company, please include that experience in your cover letter or resume.
-Graphic design skills - to assist with newsletters or other design work.
-Knowledge of online advertising
-Skilled with Social Media (facebook, twitter, linkedin, etc)
Starting pay is $16.50 per hour. Eligible for raise after 90 and company advancement. Monday - Friday daytime hours. Position available immediately. No phone calls.
